Live Cooking Class: Chef Del’s Favorite Sandwiches

I am occasionally asked about my favorite sandwich, and I can sometimes see a look of disappointment when I answer. Because for me, it often comes back to peanut butter. I would eat peanut butter every day with no complaints if I had to. But I also like to go outside of my comfort zone now and then. Here are a few of my favorite sandwiches when I want something different.

Live Cooking Class: Chef Del’s Favorite No-Bake Cookies

No one likes cookies more than I do. I love them so much that I opened my own vegan bakery. But during the summer, when it's too hot to turn on the oven, I make no-bake cookies. They are quick, easy treats that will put a smile on any face. And these recipes are free from processed sugar and flour—a bonus treat for your health!

Live Cooking Class: Hearty Dinner Salads

Take your salad game to the next level with these exceptional summer recipes. They are full of the season’s freshest ingredients, and come together quickly and easily. If your garden is as lively as Chef Del’s, you’ll get most of this produce straight from your backyard.

Live Cooking Class: Wrap It Up

Wraps are the more portable versions of sandwiches. As Chef Del often says, “if you can make it into a sandwich, you can make it into a wrap.” Join him as he shares some of his favorite recipes for wraps. After trying these delicious wraps, there’s no doubt you’ll want to try more. And don’t forget to check out the recipes from the Flatbreads class for more inspiration.
