Kelly Klepfer
Kelly Klepfer lives in Iowa with her husband of 40 years and her three dogs. She works in Internal Medicine and Vascular Surgery as well as Head and Neck Oncology as a receptionist. The joy of her life is her pack of eleven grandchildren who range from two to fifteen years old. Her food journey, well, it's complicated, but she finally has her stuff together and eats WFPB oil, salt and sugar restricted and likes to experiment with food and recipes. Kelly loves to learn stuff and has done quirky things like taking violin lessons, writing a novel and volunteering at an organic vegetable farm, and blogging about all of those things. She is currently learning Francais and hopes to visit France soon.
After a cancer diagnosis, Kelly got serious about her health for the first time in her life. Here’s her road to adopting a whole food, plant-based diet to save her life.
