Martin Root, PhD

Martin Root, PhD worked with Dr. T.Colin Campbell as a Research Support Specialist from the early 1980's until Dr. Campbell’s retirement from Cornell. He received his PhD in Human Nutrition from Cornell University. Dr. Root is currently an Associate Professor of Nutrition at Appalachian State University.
